Davide Valsecchi ended in eighth in the final race of the GP2 Spa weekend.

"It was a race neutralized a few times" (with three safety car periods)  said Davide – "but my pace was very good.

"After a very difficult race-1,  affected by the failure of a component of the clutch, I enjoyed today. It was not easy to gain positions, because even if I was faster is not easy to overtake other cars, and I lost time in some laps of the race. But today's race has given me confidence for the next meeting, my home race at Monza, and I hope to give all my supporters a great weekend".
