The Brazilian has always gotten good results at the Italian circuitand expects competitive weekend
Brazilian Cesar Ramos will be back this weekend in the circuit of Monza (Italy), the place of his great achievement by winning the Italian Formula 3 in 2010.
This time the challenge will be in the World Series by Renault.
In October last year, Ramos has won the last race of the Italian championship in this track and achieved the title. As a prize he also won a test with the Ferrari F-1 Team, which was held in December.
The Brazilian expects that the good retrospect in the circuit could be repeated now in the new category."The expectations for Monza are very good. It's a track that I love and where I've been always competitive. I´ve already did pole positions, won races, got podium finishes in F-3 and Formula Renault", said Ramos.
In the first round of the season last month in Alcaniz (Spain), he went very well, did a pole and was fourth in the 2nd race. Two weeks ago, at Spa-Francorchamps (Belgium), the weekend started perfectly, with Cesar scoring the best time in free practice, but ended without the expected results, after some problems.
"We need to recover the points lost in Spa. We run in Monza during a private test. On occasion, it was very cold and the result was not so good. But now the weather is better and the team also conducted more developments on the car. I believe we will be competitive", added the young driver.
