BELLE Vue have advanced to the Knockout Cup Final with a 42-33 home win over Lakeside in a curtailed fixture at Kirkmanshulme Lane. The result was enough to give the Aces a six-point aggregate victory in treacherous conditions, with both sides agreeing to abandon the meeting three heats early.Dates have already been set for the Final, with Belle Vue hosting Poole next Wednesday, October 19, and the second leg at Wimborne Road the following evening.Aces boss Jim Lynch said: “I was immensely proud of the way our boys tackled the conditions and got the job done.
