New test for Facu Regalia in GP3 with Status GP

Regalia, who recently tested for Campos Racing and one of its Auto GP cars, will be in Valencia next Wednesday  where official GP3 tests are held. Regalia is going to drive for Status Grand Prix.

Facu Regalia keeps improving his racing pedigree and, after he tested Campos Racing´s Lola B05/50-Zytek V8 from Auto GP at Magione, this week the 19  year old from Argentine will drive for Status Grand Prix during collective testing .  This Irish team led by Teddy Yip will be a new step forward.

Regalia, who recently visited headquarters of Status Grand Prix to prepare this test, explains that “I am really motivated. Last year I had a chance of driving this car built by Dallara and almost 300bhp during collective testing at Jerez. On the other hand, I know how Status Grand Prix works because they and I were together last year in Andalusia”.Regalia doesn´t know Ricardo Tormo circuit, and he must deal with it. This track, which is 4.005 meters long, is a new venue for Regalia but he had a chance to test it “thanks to Status Grand Prix´s simulator during last week. Anyway I will need first practice session to learn it well, but I hope my adaptation will be fast enough”- Concerning his aims for Valencia,  “my work is to keep learning. Obviously I will try my best, and if I can set a good time it will be fantastic. I hope everything goes OK and to complete a good work at the wheel of GP3 car”.
