BELLE Vue have switched Artur Mroczka to the No.2 position as they look for an improvement in form from the Polish rider. The Aces take on Eastbourne at Kirkmanshulme Lane on Monday before heading to Birmingham on Wednesday, with Magnus Zetterstrom taking over at No.5 as Mroczka teams up with No.1 Matej Zagar.Belle Vue boss Jason Attwood said: We were on the crest of a wave but weve slipped down the table. Now is the time to start making the most of our matches in hand and climb back up the table again. We have got to have targets if we want to get back up the table where we want to be and challenge for the end-of-season play-offs.

RYE House boss John Sampford says Plymouths recent win at Hoddesdon will count for little when they return in Premier League action this weekend. The Devils took a League Cup victory in Hertfordshire last month and have since added Danish World Cup winner Mikkel Bech to their ranks, whilst the Rockets are playing catch-up having only completed one league match so far.Sampford said: Well certainly be going into this match with respect for them because we now know from personal experience what they are capable of, with or without Mikkel Bech. But we also know what we are capable of ourselvesIts a different day; a different match. You only have to look at what happened on Bank Holiday Monday, when every team that ran in the daytime also lost at home. We couldnt get enough moisture into our own track on the Sunday, which meant that the match was all about gating because it was so dry.(SPEEDWAY 3)
MILDENHALLS Josh Bates scored his first-ever maximum with an unbeaten performance in the Fen Tigers 57-38 National Trophy win over Buxton. The result moves the holders to within four points of competition leaders Isle of Wight, although the Islanders have a match in hand, with Bates 14+1 backed up by captain Dan Halsey with 14.Mildenhall boss Robert Henry said: Josh showed today that as his experience grows so does his patience and we look forward to many more performances like today.Dan was excellent too, and it was pleasing to see Nathan Stoneman looking like he was on the way back following his recent rest from the team. I am sure as he gets sharper he will get back to his best and today was a step in the right direction.(FIXTURES)
