AUSTRALIAN sensation Darcy Ward will return to the Poole team for their Elite League match at Coventry on Friday.Ward has spent two months on the sidelines due to injury but he won the Danish Grand Prix last weekend, and now replaces mid-season signing Przemek Pawlicki for the Pirateswith Kozza Smith and Micky Dyer also part of the clubs re-declaration in place of Dawid Stachyra and Robert Miskowiak.Poole promoter Matt Ford said: It was really a no-brainer to bring Darcy back, I think we all saw that on Saturday night in Copenhagenit was a typically measured, majestic performance from him. When you look at the amount of pain that (Pawlicki) has been riding under it became evident that we would have to rest him. It is a huge pity because the lad has been absolutely brilliant for us this season. I cannot fault his commitment and passion for the Pirates and it was an absolute delight to have him in the side.
