Three Nationals In Three Weeks For Team Vampires Rock Motul

Off Road Motorsport, British Youth and the GT Cup

Well it has been a busy week for the Vampires Rock Motul team over the last three weeks. First up was the Off Road Motorsport Nationals, the second round at the Sherwood. The weather was great and the track conditions perfect, first up were the Junior 65s with Ozzie Murray was on top form taking a fourth in race one and then two third places in race two and three. Day two and Ozzie took three second places and his first hole-shot in race three so it was a great weekend for the youngster of the team, he managed to claim a very strong second overall over the weekend.

In the Big Wheel class Jordan Hearn also rode superbly with some great top ten finishes. Jordan also rode extremely well and brought the Vampires Rock Motul KTM home in a fantastic fourth place overall over the weekend and is now lying in a superb third overall in the championship standings.

The next event was the British Youth Nationals at Fat Cats Moto Parc, Doncaster. The starts gates were full in all classes and the team new it would be a tough and demanding weekend. Jack Grayshon and Ozzie were out first and they were in a battle with some of the best riders from around the country.

Jack got a flying start in the opening moto and led the rest of the race taking his first ever win at National level. Ozzie struggled off the start but came back fighting through the field and finished in the top 20. Jack success continued throughout the weekend and he eventually took third overall over the weekend, with Ozzie now lying in 24th overall in the series. Jordan was out in the 85 class and this is one of the most competitive classes in the country, he rode strong and fast all weekend securing top 20 results in every race, he is now lying in 18th place overall.

At the weekend the Vampires Rock Motul team headed to the GT Cup at Warmington, the weather was good and the track was looking demanding especially for the smaller bikes. Jack and Ozzie had a good weekend with Jack finishing second overall on the opening day. Ozzie was forced to retire from the weekend with a technical problem. Jordan Hearn had a solid weekend in the 85 class and finished in 15th overall, and now lying 12th in the overall Championship standings.
