Vittorio Ghirelli on top in AutoGP Budapest practice 2

It’s been a positive return for Super Nova’s Vittorio Ghirelli in Auto GP. The Roman, who won the 2013 title, scored the fastest lap at the end of the second practice session as he stopped the clocks at 1’34”436, while Championship Leader Kimiya Sato (Euronova Racing) ended up 25 hundreds of a second adrift. Morning’s leader Markus Pommer took third place in front of Andrea Roda. Home racer Tamas Pal Kiss, running for Zele Racing, rounded out the top-5 one year after his series debut.Following him were Michela Cerruti (Super Nova), Yoshitaka Kuroda (Zele Racing) and the Eurotech duo of Loris Spinelli e Kevin Giovesi, sporting a new livery for the occasion. The top-10 was rounded out by Ibiza Racing Team’s Giuseppe Cipriani.Qualifying will now go underway at 17:00. Race 1 will start at 11:00 on Saturday while Race 2 will be taking-off on Sunday at 12:15. Both heats will be broadcasted by Eurosport.
