P4 - JOHNNY CECOTTO
The Feature Race started off for Johnny with a good start. The Venezuelan, who started with soft tires, managed to hold 4th position and the pace of the race was good. At the 13th lap some cars were blocked at the Casinò curve and the race stewards decided to show the red flag.
The race re-started behind the safety car and at that point, Johnny was in the 4th position but still had to carry out the tyre change. At 17 laps from the end, following another safety car exit, Cecotto reentered into the boxes and a set of supersoft tires were put on. Returning to the track in 8th position, he finished the race in P4.

DRIVER's QUOTE:"Another good and consistent race, where we scored important points for the championship! We had several very unlucky situations but in the end the result wasn't bad at all especially if you think that we were unlucky in the qualifying yesterday and unlucky with the several situations today. I want to thank the team for another consistent car and very good job with everything else, now we have to try to bring home some more important points tomorrow."
P5 - SERGIO CANAMASAS
Sergio, lined up in the 12th position, decided together with the team a very aggressive strategy with respect to his teammate putting on the option set of tires. On the 7th lap, he was called into the boxes and returned to the track in the 20th position with the soft tires compound. After a few laps, the safety car exited and the red flag was exhibited. Sergio, who was able to avoid the car blockage at the Casinò, relined up at the grid leaving from 16th position. In front of him, at that point, there were still several cars who had to carry out the pitstop and at the end of the race, thanks to the excellent combination between the driver job and the Team strategy, Sergio found himself in the 5th position.

I could have finished more ahead but I did not want to assume the useless risk confirming in any case a great 5th place that, honestly, I did not imagine to obtain. Everyday I feel more and more stronger at the wheel and this result has given me a big emotional drive for the future. My team was perfect for both the strategic choice of the tires change and the car was without a doubt amazing. Tomorrow I have a new opportunity to accumulate points for the Series driver classification. I know that the podium is really near starting from 4th place position, but I prefer to not give myself any particular objective than to just collect points."
