JASON Doyle has been appointed captain of the Leicester Lions for the 2015 Elite League season. The 29-year-old had an outstanding year with the East Midlands club in 2014 and the new Australian Champion has been rewarded for his achievements.“In Jason and Bjarne Pedersen we had two strong candidates for the role as both have held the position of captain before at previous clubs,” said Team Manager Norrie Allan.“I decided to offer Jason the captaincy because he knows how the club ticks having spent last season riding for us.
