WOLVERHAMPTON have swooped to bring Danish talent Mikkel Bech to Monmore Green for the 2016 season.The highly-rated 21-year-old, a World Cup winner in 2012, becomes the fifth member of a new-look Wolves team alongside Freddie Lindgren, Joonas Kylmakorpi, Kyle Howarth and Max Clegg after spending the last two years with Lakeside.Bech said: “It's nice to be a part of the famous wolf pack! I had some good meetings in 2015 at Wolverhampton, so I’m really looking forward to riding there next season. “I'm happy to get some new experience and to join another Elite League club. I'm sure it will be a good move for me personally and hopefully it will give me a breakthrough in 2016.”

BELLE Vue have confirmed the signings of British duo Craig Cook and Richie Worrall for the new Elite League season.Cook starred in the Aces’ run to the Grand Final this year, as well as in the decider against Poole, whilst Worrall rejoins his parent club after missing out on top-flight racing in 2015 and will link up with brother Steve at the National Speedway Stadium.Aces CEO David Gordon said: “Towards the end of last year, Craig produced the kind of performances we know he’s always been capable of producing and we’re looking forward to seeing how he’ll develop as we move forward.“We are very pleased to be able to welcome Richie Worrall back to Belle Vue. He is an asset of this club and is very keen to prove himself as an individual who belongs at this level of the sport.“Throughout the 2015 season we’ve kept an eye on his progress and were very impressed with what we saw, and he in turn demonstrated that the time is now right for him to come back.”(SPEEDWAY 3)
COVENTRY favourite Jason Garrity will return to Brandon next season.Garrity, who has helped the Bees to the Elite League play-offs in the last two campaigns, will be taking a place in the top five of the team for the first time.Coventry promoter Mick Horton said: “Jason was a must for the club. He’s an entertainer and very popular with our fans, and as club owner my priority was to keep him.“Given the chance, I don’t think there’s a club in the Elite League who wouldn’t love to have Jason in their colours, and that’s testament to his ability. He has a very good career ahead of him.“Jason wanted to be at the club, which is really important to me and the fans, and next season is going to be a big year for him. GLASGOW No.1 Richard Lawson is returning to the Peugeot Ashfield Stadium for a second year running. The 29-year-old joined the Tigers on a full transfer this time last year and is now looking forward to another campaign with the Scottish outfit, joining Ben Barker, Aaron Summers and Danny Ayres in the 2016 line-up.Glasgow co-promoter Alan Dick said: “He's a natural leader on the track. He's an out-and-out No. 1 in the Premier League and somebody who younger riders look up to and take notice of.“You always hope that others will be keen to emulate what he's done in terms of getting to No 1. I know that Ben Barker is very keen to get there and Aaron is hopeful that he could get to No. 1 as well; it's good for the team to have several riders competing for the No.1 jacket.”
