(SPEEDWAY 1)SHEFFIELD have signed Simon Lambert who will make his debut against Rye House at Owlerton on Thursday.Lambert replaces struggling reserve Arlo Bugeja who has been made available to other clubs with immediate effect.Sheffield co-promoter David Hoggart said: "Simon is a good lad, he has guested for us before and has never let us down.
