Link Up Ltd MSA British Autotest Championship

Round 4: Tim Sargeant Memorial Autotest, July 11

Richard Pinkney drove his Caterham to the top step of the podium on round four of the Link Up Ltd MSA British Autotest Championship, the Knutsford and District MC Tim Sargeant Memorial Autotest in Wrexham. Pinkney maintained a clean sheet throughout the event – he was quickest on only 3 of the 15 tests – as he battled for top honours with reigning champion Alastair Moffatt and Stephen Wild.Pinkney's victory keeps alive the championship battle, although he requires FTDs on each of the final three rounds to prevent Moffatt from clinching a third successive title.
