The inaugural Salon Privé Sale, a new and exciting joint venture between Salon Privé and Silverstone Auctions. Taking place on Thursday 4th September in the adjacent Garden Room Marquee, the Sale is expected to attract significant interest not only from UK-based collectors and buyers, but also those visiting Salon Privé from overseas for the world-renowned Chubb Insurance Concours d’Elégance.
With some of the rarest and most valuable motorcars and bikes on display within the stunning grounds of historic Syon Park, Salon Privé attracts some of the most prolific collectors, owners, buyers and enthusiasts from around the world and indeed, the number of international entries continues to grow from 6% in 2012, to 22% in 2013 and currently tracking 40% for 2014.
Co-locating an auction alongside a prominent automotive event is a tried and tested formula for success as many of the guests and entrants attending the event are equally interested in either buying or selling at the auctions.
Last year, in excess of 5,100 HNW guests attended Salon Privé; a number that increases year on year. In 2014 the Sale becomes an integral part of the event with all Salon Privé guests given complimentary access throughout the 3 days. The Salon Privé Sale is set to be the most well-attended high net worth sale in the UK.
