Auto GP starts a new era at Vallelunga

With the running of a 2-day test on March 2nd and 3rd at Vallelunga, the new era of Auto GP will officially open, featuring the unification between Dutch company ISRA and the organization led by Enzo Coloni. After the presentation of the series' revamped car at the Bologna Motor Show last winter, the Vallelunga test will provide the chance to see the 2015 technical and aerodynamic updates on a real racetrack.

Headlining the pack will be British teams Super Nova International and Virtuosi Racing. Lining-up with the Sears family-owned operation will be Italian Francesco Dracone, while Virtuosi will be fielding Russian Nikita Zlobin and Britain's Toby Sowery. As announced in the last few days, Zele Racing will line-up Andres Mendez and Antonio Pizzonia. On the other hand, Ibiza Racing Team is set to have 2013 Auto GP Champion Vittorio Ghirelli alongside team owner and driver Giuseppe Cipriani.

Manor MP Motorsport will make it back on-track too with German Sebastian Balthasar. Alongside him, the Dutch squad will feature a duo of experienced Italian drivers consisting of Raffaele Giammaria and Luca Persiani. They will provide a valuable feedback over the new technical improvements for the 2015 season.
